Has more than 20 years’ experience of training and working in India and the United Kingdom. Has been working in Ramaiah Medical College and Hospitals for nearly 10 years with active involvement in clinical, academic and research areas. Believes in holistic approach with active involvement of patients and their carers in the treatment process. Coordinates the teaching and training in psychiatry for undergraduates. Has been involved in research in the areas of psychiatric aspects of epilepsy, geriatric psychiatry and mental health of health care workers.
