The department of Neurology was started in the year 1988 and is growing in strength with time. Over the years, the department has evolved into a centre of excellence for comprehensive neurology care providing timely, affordable, round the clock individualized service for every patient. We have a team of highly qualified and experienced neurologists who have been delivering neurology care for acute emergencies and common neurological ailments. We also offer consultation in various sub-specialties of neurology via speciality clinics in stroke, epilepsy, demyelinative disorders, movement disorders, cognitive neurology and pediatric neurology. Our department is also a centre for post graduate training (DM course) in Neurology affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences since 2007
